It provides intelligent 3D space planning solutions for professionals and individuals, offering them a new way of interacting, approaching their project and making the best choice.
Our customers are major international interior design groups.
We are looking for a Sales Expert  for the IBERIA & LATAM region.
Role description.
- Achieve significant turnover and growth objectives in its territory (customer list, list of Brand offers).
- Carry out end-to-end customer engagements, from OPEN lead to CLOSE, in accordance with the 3DS sales process benchmark and achieve the revenue plan.
- Sell the value and strategic vision of the brand promise - be in charge of a main client for the GEO (IBERIA and LATAM) and its associated strategy, and/or strategic initiatives for the Brand in the Geo.
Responsabilities.
- Pipeline creation as a core part of the activity - Territory assessement, segmentation illustrated through deliverables (Territory planning / Account planning...) - Sell the Brand's offers allocated to a defined territory and create replicable references (communication) - Lead negotiations with the client(s) by exemplarily respecting all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, 3DS policies and ethical rules - Define an effective sales strategy to achieve or even exceed revenue and growth objectives based on sales initiatives (such as Value Paths adapted to the client's case and Geo sales initiatives, etc.) defined by the Brands, among others - Maximize growth in assigned territory in accordance with potential derived from industry market analysis - Create and develop relationships of trust at senior management level and at all levels of the client organization to ensure sustainable business development for 3DS - Promote the 3DS vision and brand promise - Contribute to best practices based on feedback (including root cause analysis, data analysis and lost business review) - Use and document 3DS My Client Engagement CRM according to company guidelines, ensuring data is up to date - Provide accurate forecasts of sales results over 5 rolling quarters and for the current fiscal year by creating the appropriate business portfolio to achieve sales objectives - Manage diversified activities such as responding to calls for tenders, negotiations with the client, actions with the Business and Industry and Services teams   Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in related field with a 2+ years of sales experience Expected work experience on.
Value selling / Software  (ideally SaaS) good knowledge of retail / E-commerce industry Negociation experience in Enterprise account account management at C-level.
Autonomous enough to work on sites / location from the rest of the organization (mostly in Paris) ie.
demonstration / value prop framewrork.....
