Looking for an opportunity to work with some of the largest customers in the private and public sector across different vendors? Practical Information: Location: Madrid, Spain | Team Size: 25 | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU | Language Requirements: fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken; fluent Italian and/or Portuguese will be a plus | Work arrangement: HybridAs our new Sales Development Representative, you will work with lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell from other key services and vendors within the cyber security portfolio in collaboration with our Account Managers. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners and retaining existing ones. Furthermore, you will communicate with our customers through various channels, as well as social media platforms.Other responsibilities will include: Growing your individual book of business knowledge and value by proactively generating new qualified leads Conducting cold calling to prospects by using various communication channels Utilizing our CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Lusha, Outreach) to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecast accurately, and adequate information regarding new opportunities is communicated Collaborating with our customer teams to achieve common goals, and set up account plans and retention strategiesYour Competencies: 6+ months’ experience in lead generation and/or cold calling Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, such as customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing Used to working with sales targets Experience with selling IT services will be a plus About You: You are customer and delivery-oriented You are a detail-oriented team player and have excellent follow-up skills You enjoy taking ownership of processes you are involved inWhat’s on Offer?
