REVENUE MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Where passion meets opportunity The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! Job Purpose In line with business strategy, the Revenue Management Analyst has to optimize- through the demand forecast- targets in terms of revenue through two main key pillars.
price definition & management and occupancy inventory control.
Key Responsibilities * In charge on a specific ship/area/canvas, analyse current sailings performance having as target the Budget/Forecast defined; * Price action management at sell cruise/market level to optimize the whole revenue; * Responsible of standard groups' requests and Rates process, to allow a timely and always available tariff offer and manage space block requests as well as modifications in terms of additional cabins, allotment and extension option date; * Perform ad hoc analysis on different Revenue topics; * Check inventory mainly in terms of allocation and general availability both for real and guarantee cabins; * Daily interaction with Inventory and Set Up departments on operational aspects; * Responsible for updating and analyzing the list of Critical Products to submit and to be approved by Revenue Mgrs; * Check accuracy reports created by the Revenue Team.
Job Requirements (skills, competencies, experience) *A previous Revenue Management experience in the travel & leisure industry is considered a plus; *Experience in the cruise industry is considered a plus; *Fluent English; *Degree in Economics/Statistics; *Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word….); *Strong analytical skills; *Problem solving abilities; *Team building abilities; *Sales oriented.
