Reporting to the Area Rental Manager and Stay Manager, the Rental Manager will be responsible for managing properties in a defined area, ensuring an exceptional experience for Le Collectionist guests.
He/she will ensure that every guest is welcomed into a property whose personalization, level of comfort, facilities and quality of house staff consistently exceed their expectations, wherever it is located in the world, while ensuring that their stay runs smoothly.
He embodies the concrete image of Le Collectionist, ensuring that every service booked by the concierges is meticulously executed.
Objectives.
This involves.
Meticulously inspecting villas before the season, notifying owners of any necessary changes before guests arrive, and communicating the information to Collection Managers for follow-up and updating information in the internal system Inspect each villa prior to rental, and customize it to meet different guest requirements Greet each guest in accordance with Le Collectionist brand standards Resolve any problems arising during the guest’s stay Respond to guests’ requests during their stay Work closely with the concierge at the destination, ensuring that more services are sold on site, and that all services booked by the concierge are carried out with the utmost care and attention Ensure that the check-out process runs smoothly and that the property is returned in good condition Meticulously document any damage found at the end of guests’ stayProfile.
deally trained in a hotel management schoolHave an interest in and/or sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sectorValid driving license and vehicleGood experience on similar assignmentsVery good knowledge of the destination and its ecosystemBilingual in English and French, a third language is a plusOrganized, rigorous and meticulous, with a high degree of autonomyCustomer-oriented, with a willingness to provide exceptional services
