Regional Sales Leader€58,000 - €67,000 plus 16% bonusThis is a remote role but includes extensive travel Our client is a global business in the automotive industry - World experts in their field, they have a strong history built on common goals and strong family values! They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Leader to lead their teams.As their Regional Sales Leader you will be responsible for driving business development within a specified region, leading a team of regional sales managers, and implementing commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for developing high-performing teams, this could be a great role for you!Key Responsibilities for Regional Sales Leader include:Develop and execute a regional sales strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing management.Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.Implement commercial action plans and projects to optimise local business acquisition.Monitor team performance and provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports.Identify opportunities for team development, including training and content initiatives.Coordinate with local branches, territorial directorates, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and drive business forward.Conduct market analysis to identify competitive threats and opportunities.Represent the company at commercial events and foster strong client relationships.Share and implement best practices across the team.Contribute to budget preparation and analyse KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.Qualification and skills for the role of Regional Sales Leader include:University education: additional training in Sales, Marketing, and Coaching is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the B2B sector.Advanced proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.Advanced English language skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.This company is an employer with a commitment to bring diversity, equity, and inclusion to the forefront of their culture.
