The CES Regional Leader is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across five industry verticals and five CES capability/service lines within a defined region.
This senior role coordinates cross-functional activities, ensures delivery excellence, and strengthens client relationships to deliver Total Contract Value (TCV) — with a strategic focus on deals under $5M, project delivery, and churn/change capture.
The role reports directly to the Global CES Regions Leader.
Key Responsibilities Mandate Serve as the primary CES contact across assigned verticals and service lines within the Region or Country.
With the Market lead for the Region ensure alignment and coordination of all CES activities within the region.
Drive regional strategy execution in line with global objectives.
Act as the integrator of CES expertise across offerings to meet client and market needs.
Revenue Growth Partner with Market leads and Industry SMEs to drive account planning and opportunity identification.
Lead and manage the CES sub-$5M pipeline, ensuring healthy deal flow, increased pipeline, increased conversion rates and increased revenue along with accurate forecasting.
Drive a CES-wide growth mindset across accounts, enabling better opportunity detection.
Lead horizon scanning and cross-sell initiatives by leveraging internal and client-side networks.
Secure renewals through proactive contract readiness and stakeholder engagement.
Client Intimacy Act as the Voice of the Client within CES, advocating for client needs and expectations.
Understand and articulate the connection between the client’s strategic goals, programs of work, and supporting technology initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Maintain sharp industry insight — including client competitors, trends, and transformation priorities.
Revenue Management Establish coordinating Projects for our capabilities within region in order to drive growth in Applications, Data and AI, Enterprise applications all with a consulting led sales lead.
Approve deals below $5M within delegated authority.
Collaborate with Market partners to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and margin.
Ensure that all commercial and delivery commitments are contractually sound and met on time.
Delivery Quality Lead the virtual CES team operating within each account or project.
Drive client satisfaction through operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
Interlock with delivery leaders to protect and grow margin, including optimizing resource models (onshore/offshore/labour pyramid).
Ensure fixed-price projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Increase delivery agility through efficient resourcing and mobilization.
