Your Role Within Our Kingdom This is a short-term Summer position covering reception & front of house at our incredible King Barcelona office! In this role you will be responsible for daily front-of-house operations and providing a safe, warm and welcoming workplace for all staff and visitors.
Responsibilities.
Welcome visitors and register them to Envoy General customer service and maintain a clean & tidy reception area Phone lines.
Activate/Deactivate lines for Kingsters (if required for their job).
Roaming requests, increase/decrease of data plan Support employees in their workplace onboarding and offboarding processes Receive and send post and packages Support and organize events including ordering catering for team events on site Order stationery or any materials requested Coordinate building access for visitors and Kingsters from other locations Support UX lab with user tests contacting them, welcoming them and taking care of NDA's Order branded items and print works services Assign garden lockers to users Organize the calendar for training rooms Skills to Create Thrills.
PC skills, including basic MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Able to communicate with all levels of management, staff and visitors and all suppliers in a clear, polite, and confident manner.
Logical approach to problem solving whilst still finding creative ways to deal with issues daily.
