R&D Manager About the Role.
Join the global leader in airport logistics as an Electrical Project Support Engineer and help deliver mission-critical technology to international airports.
You will act as the bridge between R&D and operational environments, ensuring our innovative electrical systems perform reliably from factory to field.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide technical support during electrical installations, commissioning, and validation of new systems Interpret wiring diagrams, control system schematics, and safety circuits for factory and field teams Debug and troubleshoot issues with panels, sensors, drives, and power systems on-site Act as a technical interface between electrical designers and field or production stakeholders Assist with compliance documentation, test plans, and regulatory checks Contribute to design reviews and feedback loops based on field experience Requirements.
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or related discipline 4–8 years of experience in automation, equipment design, or electrical commissioning Hands-on experience with panel building, electrical installation, and testing Familiarity with low voltage systems, drives, sensors, and machine safety standards Ability to travel internationally (~10%) and work independently under pressure Strong analytical and communication skills What we offer.
