They are responsible for following up on corrective actions from the aforementioned audits and for the risk analysis of the quality management system.
Coordination of IATF external audits.
Coordination of IATF internal audits.
Coordination of client audits.
Follow-up on corrective actions resulting from internal, external, and client audits.
Management of internal audits of special processes (CQI).
Coordination of client CQI audits and follow-up on action plans resulting from CQI audits.
Follow-up on actions to address documented risks and opportunities in the system process.
Review of the publication of client-specific requirements after the SOP and monitor implementation, as appropriate, etc.
STANDARDIZED WORK INSTRUCTIONS Define contingency plans considering risks and consequences for the client.
Employ risk analysis methods.
Implement action plans and evaluate their compliance.
Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the quality system and its processes.
Conduct monthly LPAs.
Train new staff on quality systems.
Inform HR about any internal or external courses related to the quality system.
Coordinate internal and external IATF audits.
Coordinate client self-assessments.
Coordinate client audits.
Coordinate special process audits (CQIs).
