At Capitole Consulting, we keep growing, and we want you to be part of the family!Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the automation strategy at all levels.Define, organize, and standardize automation practices and required resources.Review the existing testing frameworks and identify gaps for improvements.Keep security as a top priorityCreate and grow knowledge around our automation approach.Develop good knowledge about the products and improve the functional and integration tests around them.Always with a DevOps mindset that pushes testing activities to the next level, seeking scalability and reliability on the proposed solutions.Key Requirements/Skills/ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalent education in Software Engineering, or a similar qualificationVerbal and written fluency in English and Spanish are a mustMinimum 4 years of work experience as SDeT or similar qualificationsMinimum 2 years of work experience as DevOps or similar qualificationsFluent with API related architectures, specifications, and best practices like REST, GraphQL, AsyncAPIs, etc.Hands-on experience developing different kinds of tests.Hands-on experience developing/implementing different automation frameworks.Hands-on experience in pipelines implementation like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.Experience working with Docker is desiredExperience in agile environmentsStrong communication skillsCommunity orientedWhy Capitole? 🙌We are great, but with you, we will be even greater 😊.
