PROPOSAL&CONTENT COPYWRITER- EXPERIENCED

Hello there! We’re  Vodafone Intelligent Solution s (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a    Proposal and Content Copywriter - Experienced      Your role in a nutshell.
This role is responsible for creating and developing best-in-class content and proposals for complex deals across various lines of business across Vodafone.
This role specializes in creating and editing high-quality documentation for bid submissions, ensuring that proposals satisfy both the customer's and the company's requirements, delivering an exceptional opportunity conversion rate, where Vodafone are able to win more business through demonstrating greater value add to the customer’s needs.
This role is essential to facilitate efficient communication of the proposal strategy and build the bid presentation.
The role is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of best-in-class bid collateral and information to create a complete library of content available for all standard products and solutions.
What you’ll do.
•    Assist with the creation of end-to-end proposal strategy – from the bid kick-off until bid submission  •    Support sales to develop the win strategy and the customer’s hot buttons •    Create and build the proposal based on identified win strategy to make sure we have addressed the customer’s hot buttons and requirements.
Build up proposal related documents required during the bid.
•    Create visual elements to highlight the message of our proposal for the customer •    Work directly with the bid team and sales on bid submission and customer presentation •    Peer review and assess proposals for quality control, and continuous improvement, to deliver increased win rate •    Work with the bid team (Commercial Leads, Solution Architect, Service Managers, Account Manager) on proposal content messaging •    Manage the library of our RfP response software as well as access requests and tool related activities •    Develop and review proposal templates across Vodafone Lines of Businesses to achieve a consistent look and writing style  •    Monitor customers’ questions, feedback and needs to align the library accordingly •    Provides mentoring and coaching for all participants of the bidding process throughout the bid lifecycle.
What you will bring to the team.
•    Experience in content creation, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills •    Experience in managing multiple stakeholders at staff or higher level •    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written •    Strong problem-solving skills •    Experience in producing proposal material using PowerPoint •    Ability to refine messaging and value proposition in written content     In return we provide you with.
