PROJECT TEAM LEAD

Description and Requirements As a Project Team Lead, you plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing to deliver assigned projects to a client.
You manage a team's day to day performance to drive timely progress of project deliverables, project cost effectiveness and team engagement.
You provide technical guidance, remove roadblocks and ensure quality standards are met.
You are accountable for the performance, engagement and development of your teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Project leading.
communicating and follow up on project assignments Setting up equipment for team members and support with technical issues Monitoring knowledge tools and other related project applications for content accuracy Reviewing and following on project KPI's Tracking and reporting patterns of productivity, accuracy and performance Team leading.
managing team of Language Data Analysts Onboarding and training new team members Identifying underperforming team members and working with them to improve the performance Skills and Qualifications.
2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environments, preferably in the areas of project coordination and artificial intelligence/ machine learning industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable Strong communication skills Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently Good organization skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality Prioritization skills If this opportunity sounds appealing to you, apply now!
