Staffing Project Manager Serving as primary project point of contact with internal resources and partners Scheduling and coordinating internal team resources to execute project tasks Reporting project status, risks, escalations and mitigation plans to project owners Focusing on continuous process improvement and sustainable process solutions Managing relationships with internal and external partners Balancing the constraints of internal resources with project team’s needs and goals Developing and implementing training materials This position may be exposed to content that could be construed as offensive, including but not limited to sexual, health related, racial or violent.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who thrives in a dynamic environment.
They will have a knack for foreseeing potential project roadblocks and the creativity to be able to remove them on the fly.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, milestones, and resources.
Capable of managing fast-paced, rapidly changing projects.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks successfully Strong communication skills to interface effectively with a culturally diverse team, managers, and engineers Self-motivated, quick learner and organized Flexible and able to react professionally and efficiently to changes in schedules or project direction without sacrificing quality Education BA/BS degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Fluency in English Additional native language skills preferred Work Environment requirements.
