YOUR MISSION As a Project Manager in Partner Operations, you will manage key rollouts to improve performance metrics such as partner preparation times, cancellations, courier waiting times, and customer ratings.
You will also work on optimizing existing features using data-driven insights and act as the main point of contact between the Partner Operations and Product teams.
THE JOURNEY Roll out key Partner Operations features.
You will be responsible for the rollout of new product features impacting Partner Operations in Glovo markets, helping product teams define in what markets to test and rollout timelines.
Optimize Partners Performance.
Define the strategy for existing product features and optimize parameters with the goal of maximizing their impact.
Define product development needs.
You will be the main POC communicating to Product teams what are the key features needed to achieve our operational goals.
Collaboration.
Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing by working cross-functionally with local teams, regional teams, HQ and product teams to roll out impactful projects and foster a culture of learning.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Experience:  5+ years in fast-paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, or leading internet companies.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
