Durante questa fase e’ responsabile dell’allineamento verso il Cliente dello stato dell’arte del servizio verso il Cliente.
Il PM deve essere un campione di innovazione.
Le sue competenze devono essere sempre aggiornate sullo stato dell'arte delle tecnologie IP Voice and Data.
soluzioni di convergenza voce e dati, CPE e qualsiasi nuovo prodotto e/o servizio basato su IP.
Il PM è anche in grado di comprendere l'impatto economico delle soluzioni progettate e, se necessario, di fornire supporto alle strutture di pre-vendita per costruire il business case/P&L di una nuova soluzione convergente.
Role Purpose • Pianifica, progetta, installa, mantiene, monitora, analizza, risolve i problemi per fornire le massime prestazioni e la massima disponibilità del servizio.
• Fornisce il miglior supporto nella fornitura della soluzione tecnologica più efficace in termini di architettura, topologia e infrastruttura di rete.
• Valuta e riferisce sulle nuove tecnologie di comunicazione per migliorare le capacità della rete.
• Tiene traccia dei KPI personali e del team Core competencies, knowledge and experience • Conoscenza delle tecnologie IT • Conoscenza delle reti TCP/IP, tecnologie SD-Wan, SASE • Conoscenza delle tecnologie di accesso alla convergenza fissa.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione interpersonale.
• Ottima capacità di gestire i clienti, anche in contesti conflittuali.
