We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee a various project and continuous improvement efforts in centralization simplification and automation of administrative processes and tasks across the organization (Portugal Spain Africa and Middle East).
Role entails working closely with Delivery Operations (DO) Operating Area (OA) leads DO functional project leads across the operating unit along with active collaboration with other stakeholders such as business leadership sales field and support functions.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects align with business goals are delivered on time and maximize efficiency.
You will be responsible for guiding project leaders ensuring best practices and driving the success of centralization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.
Lead and Mentor.
Guide and support functional project leads in planning tracking executing and closing projects.
Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for the team.
Strategic Planning.
Develop and implement strategies for the centralization of administrative tasks ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Oversight.
Monitor the progress of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Stakeholder Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure project success and alignment with business needs.
Risk Management.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Performance Monitoring.
Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Reporting.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5 years) in project management with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Fluent in both Spanish and English is a must.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.
.
Agile Waterfall).
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically execute methodically and work in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
