om/en The role As a Project Manager, you will take full leadership of software development projects, being responsible for their execution in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and quality, always working closely with the team of architects and developers.
You will collaborate with the rest of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, leading projects from requirements definition to implementation, identifying schedules, scopes, risks, budget estimates, and project implementation plans.
In addition to coordinating people and managing internal and external resources, you will act as a project team member, executing tasks from the work plan and ensuring the success of your software development projects.
How will you do it? You will work with agile methodologies, adapting these processes to the needs of our clients and the team.
We use an agile workflow to ensure that the work adjusts to changing requirements at any given time.
What we need to see from you For the Project Manager position, we are looking for someone passionate about their work, eager to learn, and with more than 3 years of experience, preferably in software development projects.
To successfully tackle the tasks involved in this role, we believe you will excel if you have the following skills.

You are highly organized —you understand that good planning is key to a project's success, but at the same time, you are adaptable and comfortable working in environments with evolving needs.

You enjoy understanding the client’s business and maintaining functional control over the project.
You have in-depth knowledge —through education and experience—of at least one Agile framework and a waterfall project management methodology.
You have a strong background in software development, whether in Cloud or On-Premise environments.
We will highly value.
• Knowledge of GCP hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• PMI or Agile certifications.
• A good level of English.
