om/   We are currently seeking a Project Management Trainee to join GTD SI&R.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the primary interface between technical teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Your duties will encompass managing project scope, budget, and timeline to ensure prompt delivery.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of innovation in science, infrastructures, and robotics.
  Position activities.
Project Management Assistance.
Collaborate with the project team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
Assist in preparing schedules and resource allocation.
Communication and Coordination.
Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes.
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting.
Maintain and update project documents such as project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations.
Administrative Support.
Perform administrative tasks related to project management.
Coordinate and organize project events and activities.
Learning and Development.
Be willing to learn and develop in the field of project management.
Participate in training and development sessions.
Requirements Your profile.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or, preferably, in Project Management.
Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.
., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is preferred Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
No previous experience required, but any internships or work related to project management will be valued.
