This successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can drive outcomes, communicate with stakeholders at all levels and show initiative to solve complex problems. Key Position Specific Responsibilities:Support the project development and growth of new green hydrogen business in the Iberia region.Identify opportunities for business growth in Iberia.Develop partnerships in Iberia.Support opportunities to acquire early/mid stage projects.Work closely with the global commercial team to financially close opportunities.Build a strong network within the renewable energy and hydrogen industry.Actively monitor competitor moves in active markets.Drive research and analysis of current and future market views of the European energy market.Keep abreast of current and incoming regulatory requirements.Support the development of business cases, technology roadmaps and briefing memos.Due diligence, commercial negotiation and scenario analysis, preparing business case papers for investment committee approval.Collaborate closely with internal support functions (such as legal, funding and tax) to obtain advice and necessary approvals.Assisting in the successful integration of acquisitions.
