The company is growing the European offering, and this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference within a global organisation.Job DescriptionProviding Endur specialist professional services to high-profile clientsExhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high-quality solutions to clientsWork closely with Front and Middle Office business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementationExperience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Commodity and Energy Trading environment and how to represent these in Openlink EndurSelf-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design, and configurationPartnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as an Endur expertExperience in physical and financial gas, power, emissions, and coal trading, valuation, and PnL within EMEA.Modelling and reporting experience.Comprehensive FX experience.Strong stakeholder management experience, leveraging leadership and delegation skills to maximise commercial potential.Manage strong, two-way working relationships with the client's internal stakeholders, as well as external counterparts within partner organisations.Plan and deliver a proactive programme of engagement and periodic reporting to all stakeholders.Skill and QualificationsMinimum 10 years of project management experience in ETRM or CTRM technology, including leading large-scale (1000+ Manday) projects above £1 million budget and successful resource management of 15+.Required experience with Endur and delivering projects deeply rooted in Agile and continuous delivery principles.Experience managing across many workstreams and deliverables from functional to technical integration points.Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation.Proven experience coordinating design, development, testing, and deployment; practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation.Proven ability to prioritise multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders using strong communication skills.Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions.Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams including nearshore and offshore teams.Minimum 5 years' experience of Openlink Endur, including v14 upwards is essentialExposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processesUnderstanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementation across multiple Openlink clientsUnderstanding of software implementation and testing principlesAbility to adapt to changing working environments and practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detailFluency in English to business acumen standardAbility to self-motivate, work without supervision and prioritise workload under pressureNumerate degreeWilling to travel internationally if required
