PROGRAM COORDINATOR & FUSION 360 SPECIALIST

*This is a 6 month contract position with an opportunity for renewal; 40 hours/weekDescription As a Program Coordinator & Fusion 360 Specialist, you will be part of a global team partnering with Autodesk Foundation portfolio customers comprised of early-stage social enterprises and nonprofit organizations. You will be responsible for leveraging Autodesk resources - talent and technology - to support innovative organizations to have greater impact through their work. This role will be exposed to continuous learning opportunities to stay apprised of the newest technologies and practices across design and manufacturing industries. Additionally, you will work closely with our partner organizations, such as Engineering for Change, to coordinate and deliver programs that help match our portfolio with technical talent. Join us to help improve the design, engineering, manufacturing and product lifecycle processes for social impact organizations and to lead our industries in designing and making a better world for all. Responsibilities: Technology Success Engage with Autodesk Foundation portfolio organizations to understand their design, manufacturing, engineering and PLM processes, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as a technology adoption partner to Autodesk Foundation customers - including assessing customer’s current business process, providing recommendations, processing software donations, and delivering Fusion 360 and CFD demos and trainings. Serve as subject matter expert on high visibility and strategic cases; source and consult a subject matter expert when in-house expertise is not available. Document current and future state technology workflows and usage; provide written evidence of technology-based partnership engagements, accomplishments, and challenges.  Proactively communicate findings to key internal stakeholders; collaborate with Foundation Marketing and Communications team to identify technology usage story seeds. Assist in drafting or technical proof reading of stories, as needed.  Program Support Support the coordination, management, and evaluation of global customer tech and talent programs to deliver and improve best-in-class experiences and achieve impact goals.  Implement process improvements that optimize the programs to meet demand and scale, inclusive of best-in-class diversity and belonging principles. Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities such as creating and managing project timelines, maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and responding to customer questions.   Capture, analyze, and present data to inform decision-making and reporting purposes; document outputs and outcomes, and report on KPIs; contribute to strategic program decisions by evaluating impact returns.  Develop program assets with strong visual and written components. This includes writing, editing, and delivering program-related content (PowerPoint presentations, program overviews, brochures, etc.) for diverse audiences.    Minimum Qualifications  Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 and ability to demonstrate Autodesk CFD product capabilities. 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; experience delivering technical trainings and demos to customers. Fluency in English; strong interpersonal and communications skills including both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently with a fully global, cross-cultural, and remote team. Familiarity with business tools such as Outlook Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Slack, and project management and CRM tools such as HubSpot. Flexible to work across multiple time zones, including regularly attending Zoom calls from 8-10 AM Pacific Time.   Occasional international travel may be required.
