We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Human Resources team in a variety of day-to-day activities, contributing to key areas such as training, internal communication and events.
The intern will assist in implementing and managing activities that foster employee development, onboarding, and internal alignment across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Support the organization and logistics of training sessions and onboarding programs.
Ensure proper documentation and data updates, both in physical and digital formats.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and preparing relevant metrics and reports.
Help coordinate internal events such as trainings, meetings, and celebrations.
Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal communication content.
Support travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Perform general administrative tasks and provide support during audits and interactions with external suppliers.
Education & Experience.
Academic background in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Experience with Canva and/or CapCut is a plus.
