Job Summary Within the Converting Factory of Tetra Pak in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) we are now looking for a Production Systems Administrator who will support the organization to achieve targets and sustain the gains through WCM Implementation.
In this role you will support WCM implementation within Factory, coordinate P2 / SAP production systems and work at the WCM execution according to the Factory strategy.
What you will do Participate in the definition and execution of factory WCM roadmap.
Collaborate in the definition of the Arganda factory strategy Lead one WCM Pillar Support and audit WCM Teams.
Support the progress of the Autonomous Maintenance program, both in production and offices.
Become coach and reference for problem solving tools and teams’ methodologies.
Collaborate in the benchmarking and cross-fertilization program among factories, within Tetra Pak and externally.
Promote innovative operational solutions.
Become BeX (Business Expert) for production systems (P2 & SAP).
We believe you have Technical background required, preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering Spanish as first language, but must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5 years of experience in the production environment.
Proven track record of WCM experience in production environment.
Having a systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to create strong partnership with our stakeholders on Continuous Improvement plans and activities.
The position is based in Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
