PRODUCTION PLANNER, SENIOR

Planning and inventory management of imported parts.
Control LCA KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Establish and monitor the production plan of VFS every month, change and manage if necessary.
Issue a certificate of origin to the customer, receive certificates of origin from suppliers, and manage the internal FTA system.
Establish planning of domestic/import parts, control them so that they can arrive at an appropriate time, and manage inventory accordingly.
Control to LCA tasks required by the customer Manage Hyundai/Kia tariff refund performance Identify and manage the status of suppliers' consignment inventory.
Key user of SAP MM/WM module.
Inventory control.
Scrap, NC parts, Slow moving part.
adjustment.
Health & Safety.
Responsible for completing required safety training, reporting and correcting any unsafe practices as appropriate, completing work activities in a safe manner, and complying with safety and health requirements for respective position.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications) A person who has more than 5 years of experience in production control; automotive industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
Experienced FTA business experience Ability to lead an area of expertise or process Preference to applicant with skills and competencies in the below Good interpersonal savvy middle level verbal and written communication skills in English Good computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
