As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner to join our team.
Position Overview.
We are looking for a talented Production Planner with expertise in project management to streamline out production processes and ensure timely delivery of our products.
Technical or electrical experience is advantageous but is not essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, optimising production schedules, and collaborating to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities.
Develop and Maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
Planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Coordinate with various departments including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, to ensure seamless production flow.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production/engineering processes and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Skills and qualifications.
Proven experience as a Production Planner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
