This role combines deep technical know-how with culinary creativity to scale up innovative recipes into efficient, high-quality production lines.
ou will be at the heart of product innovation, working closely with R\uamp;D, quality, production and commercial teams to turn concepts into market-ready products.
ey ResponsibilitiesLead the industrialization of new chocolate formats (pralinés, tablets, filled bars) from pilot to full-scale production.
ollaborate with R\uamp;D to adapt formulations for line compatibility, texture, structure, and shelf stability.
dentify and implement new techniques, technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency and product quality.
rive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives in collaboration with plant and maintenance teams.
roubleshoot production challenges and support technical teams during product launches.
ork with packaging and operations to ensure seamless transition of new formats and SKUs.
nsure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout development cycles.
equirementsDegree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical field.
inimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably chocolate, confectionery, or bakery.
roven experience scaling up recipes and managing product launch readiness in factory settings.
olid understanding of chocolate tempering, filling, moulding, and cooling processes.
trong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
luent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
