PRODUCT MANAGER - FINANCE & REPORTING

About The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate Product Manager \/ Data Product Manager - Finance & Reporting to join the Core Systems team in disrupting the Core Banking technology standards with highly configurable, modular and automated solutions that enable rapid product launches along with automated financial and regulatory data flows.
The Finance & Reporting Group is split between our Barcelona, Berlin and Vienna offices, which are the main product & tech hubs for N26 globally.
As a Product Manager in the Finance & Reporting Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure and Finance systems integrations of N26.
This function is critical to N26\us ability to be compliant, flexible and agile in its financial and regulatory reporting practices, but also to enable rapid product introduction with automated data flows and streamlined data pipes.
In This Role You Will Be responsible for the implementation of Finance systems integrations and Regulatory Reporting platforms as a part of the overall N26 architecture.
Design the data product strategy to ensure scalable and highly accurate regulatory reporting and downstream data pipes.
Partner with stakeholders across N26 to define your team goals, roadmap and execution strategy to drive it to achieve success.
Work with other product managers, business analysts and engineers across the organization to improve the core banking platform offering of N26.
Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by working cross-functionally with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering.
What You Need To Be Successful 2+ years experience in Product Management ideally gained in a FinTech, banking environment, core banking providers (or similar) or in Data Science \/ Data Product Management Experience and understanding of data architectures, data products and data flows.
STEM, business, economics undergraduate.
MBA, MS or equivalent would be a plus.
Autonomous and adaptive operator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for change and innovation Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent technical and data acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, API\us, programming languages, and databases.
Previous experience dealing with high engaged third party providers and working with third party vendors is a big plus Strong understanding of agile product development and delivery.
