PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:Interface with telecommunications operators and industry clients in Japan, South Korea, Europe, and America, collect and analyze 4G/5G wireless access network system requirements; engage in regular technical exchanges with clients;Responsible for the planning, definition, and requirements analysis of small base station products, including selection of related hardware platforms, analysis of 3GPP protocol evolution, product evolution and improvement, analysis of operator requirements, etc.;Track 5G technical specifications and industry trends, identify new markets and opportunities, internally drive project initiation; conduct competitive analysis, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop differentiated competitive strategies;Responsible for internal demand introduction, clarify requirements, and drive development to meet requirements;Responsible for writing related product materials, including project initiation materials, requirement analysis documents, product launch materials, product expansion materials, etc., and support the marketing department in market expansion;Establish and maintain partner relationships, participate in the development of integrated solutions.Job Requirements:More than 3 years of experience in base station product management;Familiar with mobile communication technologies and 3GPP protocols (LTE or NR). Have a deep understanding of at least one or several technical directions such as wireless base station platforms (hardware and operating systems), L1/L2/L3 protocols, and RF;Strong internal communication, organizational, and driving abilities for R&D;Strong communication skills with clients, ability to establish and maintain good customer communication channels;Strong skills in document writing and logical analysis;Relevant development or testing experience is preferred;Strong sense of responsibility, strong hands-on ability, and good teamwork spirit.
