In this role, you will be supervising top-notch delivery methodologies along with your Technical counterpart, while challenging our CTO to Discovery, and deploying your Design-Thinking skills.
As the PM, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals, internal coordination framework, and of course market needs.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement based on an empowering platform focus.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning it with our company’s overall objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into actionable insights and product strategies.
Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Champion a user-centered design approach, encouraging the team to leverage user research, prototyping, and iteration to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Oversee the future integration of a Product team with an engineering background, emphasizing the application of Design Thinking methodologies to drive customer-centric product development.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and design, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
Develop and maintain key metrics and performance indicators to track productProven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully deploying top-notch product management processes and design thinking methodologies.
