Join Socialpoint as a Producer and help drive the success of our global Data Engineering team! Our Data Engineering team is spread across North America, India and Barcelona (where you will be based), which means we’re looking for someone who’s flexible.

You will partner with the Data Engineering team leads to manage project plans and schedules.
Stay ahead of roadblocks by supporting with the planning, execution and reporting.
You'll ensure projects are timely and of top quality.
Run scrums, keep the team aligned and prioritized and make agile actually work in a way that’s productive (and not just for the sake of it!).
You’ll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun, collaborative way.
You will own effective communication within the team and outwardly.
You’ll help identify areas of opportunity concerning processes, working to make things smoother and more efficient.
What You Bring.
2+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects.
Knowledgeable on typical project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure.
Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
