RoleThe Procurement Transformation Program Manager role will be responsible for managing procurement improvement and optimization projects within the Global Procurement Organization (GPO).
The role will be sitting inside the Procurement Transformation team, which is an internal consulting-like team part of the GPE (Global Procurement Excellence) team.
The projects will be diverse such as implementation of new Operating Models, expansion of Global Procurement Shared Services (GPSS) centers to new regions, centralization of tasks and development of new GPSS services, standardization and optimization of processes, digitization, etc.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the program management of the projects, leading and delivering the projects on time, on cost and on quality.
n top of the project management part, the role will also be responsible for ensuring all the change management related to the transformation projects, such as the change management strategy, training of teams, communications and management of stakeholders, issue resolution, hypercare, etc.
For this purpose, the role will need to establish strong business partner relationship with key internal stakeholders inside and outside of the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), and define & expand alliances with leaders in various teams, understanding our stakeholders needs and providing them with answers and solutions.
he role will be accountable for the whole project lifecycle, since the identification of the improvement idea to the definition and plan of the project, going from the design of the project, its plan phase, to its implementation, roll-out and execution.
nitially the role will operate as individual contributor, however, depending on the project this role may manage several dotted line resources to deliver the project, in a consulting-like set-up.
ey job responsibilities• Manage procurement improvement projects from A to Z, from the identification of the initiative to the design of the project, and to its implementation and execution• Identification, mobilization, engagement and management of key stakeholders• Project plan, project risk analysis, project coordination, definition of project KPIs, SLAs and productivity metrics in alignment with the Head of Shared Procurement Services Center• Ensure the adoption of the new processes and capabilities by teams and stakeholders, through strong change management strategy and plan• Report project progress and to GPO leadership and ensure the follow-up of the actions• Identify projects interdependencies, create mitigation plans, and ensure communications and alignment between stakeholders• Create alliance and relationship with key roles across Global Procurement Organization • Establish a business plan to identify opportunities of work to be transitioned to the Global Procurement Shared Services Centers• Help build a methodology for analyzing the work, defining effort and agree on the governance framework with the Senior Procurement Manager Transformation • Partner with the procurement technology and S2P excellence teams to support innovation, automation and transformation of procurement operations delivery and expansion • Promote the strategic importance of Shared Services across each business unit supported • As the role and function grows, scope roles, recruit and hire according to business needsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations.
