Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Privacy Solutions Business Analyst (Medical Insights Reporting) that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Main tasksOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a IT Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.- This role is responsible to provide technical support and consultancy throughout the lifecycle of Consent & Preference projects (requirements, build, test, UAT, deploy, hypercare and day-to-day maintenance).- Work with business clients to collect, understand and analyze business requirements; and break them down them into consistent, easy-to-read and comprehensive user stories. - Configuring OneTrust UCPM data models and workflows, and closely collaborate with integration team to interface CPM with other Patient-related systems - Play a critical role during testing phases to ensure we deliver quality and proof-tested solutions, that meet business requirements. Write end-to-end test scenarios and have them executed (automate those tests if possible). - Monitor OneTrust ecosystem (incl. the interfaces) and manage issues (identify, anticipate, escalate). - Create/design metrics and dashboards leveraging OneTrust reporting capabilities. Help measure the business value we deliver as a team. - Help to enhance/optimize consent-related IT operating processes & governance, document good practices, and ensure they are being adopted.Skills- Strong IT technical & engineering background- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially working in virtual and global teams.- Proactive, autonomous, self-motivated, transparent (ability to work with limited supervision) with open mindset and great care to the details. Customer and process oriented.- Appetite for quality assurance & thorough process documentationExperience- Intermediate to high experience, enough to be able to manage conflicts, challenge business customers, and keep the focus on overarching goal/vision. - Ability to provide support for running operations, issue management and problem solving.- Past exposure to privacy solutions (such as OneTrust)- Knowledge of/exposure to Digital Marketing solutions (CRM, campaign management, web analytics) is a plus WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
