About the Team The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence based in Madrid, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing materials across Europe (EMEA).
In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business’s growth driving efficiencies & performance.
Purpose of the role Vision.
The Production Manager manages the production of low & medium level spend and standard projects, to ensure the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide’s clients.

To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients delivering both the best quality and price for our clients´ needs.

The Production Manager manages the production of low & medium level spend and standard projects.
At times, they will face clients directly supporting transactional aspects (quoting, artwork, delays, etc).
The PM will be also expected to mentor and upskill the Production Executives.
(TBD) Therefore, the PM will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks.
Be responsible for low and medium complexity production projects Verify the information received in our briefs.
Support for billing processes in close collaboration with our central services department.
Full project monitoring and process verification.
Collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards.
Development of relationships with internal stakeholders.
Support in information processes and Reporting.
Monitoring of internal initiatives.
Face the clients directly for transactional support i.

Madrid or Remote Spain   Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure The Production Manager will likely have 2- 3 years of print production experience.
Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will be also considered positively.
Industry related education and qualification will be a plus.
Fluency both written and spoken in English   Mindset to navigate the role As a PM, you will demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, as you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy.
Whether you are communicating with team members or external partners, you need to be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
Good communication skills will help ensure that projects move forward smoothly and everyone is on the same page.

Role Requirements The Production Manager will be required to work from the client office in High Wycombe at least once per week and a further potential day from our London office.
Given the project-based nature of the role, you should expect that some days you will have to work outside of the contracted hours of 9.
am to 5.
pm, Mon – Fri.
However, you will be able to recover that time in other moments, so we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
It's also possible that the PM may be required to work during some bank holidays, based on the needs of the local market they work for.
However, this time will be compensated appropriately.
