This commitment to ethics and transparency guides our work and allows us to create a better future for all.YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IFManagerial Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager of Platform/SRE teams in large-scale, high-traffic product companies is required. This experience proves record of effective leadership in dynamic and demanding environments.Prior Technical Experience: Previous roles as an SRE/DevOps/Platform/Cloud Engineer are preferred as the manager must understand the technical conversation of the team. This technical experience provides a solid foundation for understanding team needs and facilitating informed decision-makingPeople-Centric Approach: Demonstrating a people-centric approach is crucial, with a track record of maximizing team and individual potential through hiring, training, and mentoring. The candidate is expected to foster an inclusive work environment and continuous professional developmentAdvanced Interpersonal Skills: Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and building strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization is required. This experience is fundamental for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and resilient infrastructures in the cloudIncident Management and On-call Responsibilities: Previous experience in incident management and on-call responsibilities is valued. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills under pressure and quick responsiveness to critical situationsKnowledge in Infrastructure as Code Delivery: Familiarity with delivering infrastructure as code (IaC) and experience in running containers and Kubernetes in production are expected.
