We are looking for an Engineer to join our team as a Plant Process Engineer, reporting directly to the Plant Engineering Manager.
The goal is to carry out the industrialization of new products in two production plants, leading the technical team in the definition and design of new production equipment, and managing continuous improvement on the manufacturing lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management, definition, and design of new production equipment Leading the technical team to execute projects Adapting production lines for new products Continuous improvement across various production plants Responding to plant incidents Close collaboration with other operational departments and the product design team Collaborating with international subsidiaries REQUIRED PROFILE Education.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Experience in industrial plants Experience in defining, designing, and building flexible production lines Mechanical design using SolidWorks Knowledge of electromechanics (pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity) Experience with PFMEAs, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Advanced level of English Availability to travel 20% of the time to subsidiaries (mainly to Tainger) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a dynamic attitude WHAT WE OFFER Join a Growing Company.
