You'll work closely with the People team to help streamline processes, improve internal operations, and support day-to-day HR activities.
This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing opportunity where you’ll get exposure to various aspects of People Operations in a fast-growing tech company.
he Role Work side-by-side with HR Business Partners and Generalists, supporting multiple HR projects and learning how strategic decisions are made.
pdate and manage employee data using our own HR software (Factorial), gaining experience with digital HR tools.
nswer employee questions about HR policies and processes.
hadow employee relations cases and promotion cycles, understanding how to handle sensitive moments in the employee lifecycle.
upport key operational processes such as managing absences, onboarding, probation periods, data entry, and payroll-related incidences.
