PEOPLE OPERATIONS INTERN

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing HR team! As a People Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the employee experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with the People team to help streamline processes, improve internal operations, and support day-to-day HR activities. This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing opportunity where you’ll get exposure to various aspects of People Operations in a fast-growing tech company.
The Role
Work side-by-side with HR Business Partners and Generalists, supporting multiple HR projects and learning how strategic decisions are made.
Update and manage employee data using our own HR software (Factorial), gaining experience with digital HR tools.
Answer employee questions about HR policies and processes.
Shadow employee relations cases and promotion cycles, understanding how to handle sensitive moments in the employee lifecycle.
Support key operational processes such as managing absences, onboarding, probation periods, data entry, and payroll-related incidences.
Explore additional areas that interest you — there is room to contribute beyond your core tasks and shape your internship experience based on what excites you most!
About You
You can sign a full-time internship agreement with a School or University for at least 6 months
You are located in Barcelona and can come to our office located in Poblenou
You speak English and Spanish fluently - any other European language is a plus!
You are curious and eager to learn and grow your skills in HR and operations
You are reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive - you take initiative and aren’t afraid to ask questions!
You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced international start-up environment.
