What will your responsibilities be? Payroll Processing.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with Spanish labor laws.
Compliance.
Stay updated on labor law changes and tax regulations to ensure full compliance with reporting obligations and legal requirements.
Social Security.
Manage the calculation, modification, and payment of Social Security contributions via SILTRA.
Record Keeping.
Maintain accurate records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits, tracking all changes (e.
., hires, terminations, promotions).
Team Management.
Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and assistants to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance payroll efficiency, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
