upervise end-to-end payroll processing including data entry, calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensure accuracy in compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations.
Review and approve payroll transactions, addressing any discrepancies.

tay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements affecting payroll.
Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, tax filings, and adherence to salary and hour laws.
Implement and update payroll policies and procedures in line with local regulatory changes.

alculation, modification, revision and payment of Social Security (SILTRA)Record Keeping.
aintain accurate and up-to-date records related to clientscompensation, taxes, and benefits.
Keep track of changes in clients status, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.

equirementsBachelor's degree in Labour relations or related.
luent in EnglishProven experience in payroll outsourcing services or a similar role.
