What Will My Functions Be? You will support the full payroll cycle through a variety of key functions, optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include.
Payroll Processing.
Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
Technology and Processes.
You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
Compliance Management.
Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
Labor Record Management.
Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.
