PAYROLL CONSULTANT FRENCH MARKET

At Factorial we're looking for a French Payroll Consultant to join our Product Services Team to boost our growth in the French market and to make sure that our clients have the best product experience.
Ready to be part of the challenge?
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our HR software, gathering their feedback ensuring that they use the platform to its fullest. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.
What will you be doing?

Onboard clients to our payroll product by assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation.
Take a consultative approach to offer clients a customised experience in setting up their accounts.
Understand our clients' needs and challenges and gather their feedback.
Collaborate with the product team to enhance our payroll product—you’ll have a direct impact on the solutions we create!
Share insights for improvement to help us shape the best client journey.

Your Profile

French expert speaker and professional English.
Experience: Previous experience in client-facing/HR roles: HR Generalist, Onboarding Specialist, Client Success Specialist or similar.
Knowledge of Payroll softwares such as Silae, Sage, Cegid, Pégase, others is a big plus!
Proactivity: You will need to find effective ways to ensure accounts are fully activated, providing clients with a seamless implementation experience.
Fast Learner: You can quickly become an expert on the software and easily stay up to date on product improvements.
Problem-solving mindset: You’re able to propose alternative solutions and workarounds for unexpected client requests.
Analytical skills: While onboarding clients, you’ll need to understand the specifics of the market and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for our Product team.
