PAYROLL CONSULTANT FRENCH MARKET

At Factorial we're looking for a French Payroll Consultant to join our Product Services Team to boost our growth in the French market and to make sure that our clients have the best product experience.
eady to be part of the challenge?You will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our HR software, gathering their feedback ensuring that they use the platform to its fullest.
One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs.
This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.
hat will you be doing?Onboard clients to our payroll product by assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation.
ake a consultative approach to offer clients a customised experience in setting up their accounts.

Previous experience in client-facing/HR roles.
HR Generalist, Onboarding Specialist, Client Success Specialist or similar.
nowledge of Payroll softwares such as Silae, Sage, Cegid, Pégase, others is a big plus!Proactivity.
You will need to find effective ways to ensure accounts are fully activated, providing clients with a seamless implementation experience.

You can quickly become an expert on the software and easily stay up to date on product improvements.
