Your key responsibility in this role is to ensure that the payment of our Primos is executed correctly and on time, as well as the post payroll payments.
To achieve this  goal, you will develop a strong network with global& local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in or lead projects with the continuous improvement mindset that will help us deliver services that will delight our customers by streamlining processes.

You are skilled at building, reviewing and executing monthly/weekly/monthly payrolls.
Detail orientation, customer service, proactiveness and fast issue resolution define your approach as you navigate multiple high priority tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be.
Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepancies Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data Responsible for accurate and timely payment to Primos and third parties (i.
.
local authorities and vendors) Responding to all enquiries within service level agreements Point of contact for local payroll vendor(s) Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracy Responsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financials in payroll related P&L and BS accounts Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned Responsible for leading/executing process improvement & process excellence projects within Payroll team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The Skill And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy.
Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years of experience in this field) University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources/Legal or related discipline Language Skills.
Fluent English, Dutch Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Intermediate knowledge of accounting/finance Preferred.
HR or Accounting previous experience.
/ Understanding of Netherlands legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements).
/ Previous experience overseeing local payroll vendors Personal Qualities Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills  Time management / Sense of urgency Attention to details Flexibility to work in a multi office/time zone/cross-cultural environment Team player, able to share best practices, communicate clearly and transfer knowledge to the team Customer experience mindset Proven ability to transform processes / process improvement orientation
