PART-TIME CORPORATE REAL ESTATE & SERVICES INTERNSHIP (MORNING)

Supporting Swiss Re, business unit colleagues and the local CRES team, your focus will be on supporting the day-to-day facilities management and onboarding of the Spanish team, driving operational excellence, and championing agile change.
About the Role   As an Internal Services Intern, you will be working with the Spanish CRES team, specifically supporting the onboarding of our new employees.
Your main tasks will be.
• Access control, organization, and distribution of access badges (OCMS) • Onboarding.
Introducing the new joiners.
• Supervise and control cleaning, gardening, maintenance and repairs, fresh fruit deliveries, office supplies.
• Daily control of the cafeteria (coffee, tea, sugar, milk...).
• Catering.
Ordering and coordinating activities.
• External and internal mail.
Dispatch local and international courier services.
• Perform rooms set up.
• Contact One.
ticket management.
Kindly note, we offer this position for temporary period of 6-12 months as of April .
About the Team   Supporting our internal clients based in Spain, but also working closely with CRES global functions and centers of expertise such as Workplace Management, Building Facility Management, Safety and Security, Hospitality, we're a friendly, curious team, always working to improve our processes and be more efficient.
About You   We are looking for an inquisitive communicator who is comfortable interacting with both the CRES team and internal customers (our employees).
You will be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, planning, organizing and following up on short-term priorities.
Essentials Eligible for an internship (signed agreement with University / Business School) Spanish speaker with excellent business English, as all our communication is in English.
