We are looking for a Paint Process Engineer, reporting directly to our Operations Manager.
As a member of DOGA's Painting Department, he/she will be in charge of ensuring the correct development of the production of the Painting Plant in order to guarantee that the products produced there meet the level of quality, time, and safety required by the client with the lowest manufacturing cost while maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment.
ESSENTIAL TASKS Plan and supervise the production of the plant and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
Coordinate the plant team to ensure the desired productivity.
Control the painting process of parts and resolve incidents.
Manage the water treatment plant.
Control the supply of material necessary to ensure production.
Collaborate on new painting and treatment projects.
Waste management and contact with the waste manager for collection, filling out the necessary documentation.
Contact with suppliers to resolve incidents and execute improvements and development of new paints.
Process reporting and continuous improvement of the plant.
Be responsible for representing your area and actively participate in the assigned improvement projects.
Comply with current legal regulations regarding occupational risk prevention and environmental level.
PROFILE REQUIRED Chemical Engineering or similar.
High level of both oral and written Spanish and English.
Demonstrable experience in industrial painting processes.
Team-oriented and proactive.
Experience leading teams is desirable.
