We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.What do we do?The Paid Social Team Lead will lead us to scale and leverage growth in our customer acquisition channels, with a focus on paid social channels and other display and programmatic channels, defining and coordinating the strategy and the execution ensuring the effectiveness and the efficiency of the media mix. For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product or Sales, plus partners to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns.Be a part of a team where you will be:Good analytical and communicative skills: we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers. The analysis of metrics will form part of your daily routine.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Paid Social, tech and measurement.Experience managing cross-functional projectsCreative and problem-solving capabilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Focus on create and implement strategies according to each platform and objectivesTesting workframeCreative knowledge applied to PerformanceAn empathetic, inclusive and curious attitudeRequirements+6 years of experience in Paid Social & Display (with focus in Meta, programmatic display & CRITEO) with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost-effective marketing campaigns with clear Performance focused metrics.In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (web and app campaigns), TikTok Business Center, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google AdsExperience of managing 6 figures budgets.Strong knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPV, CPC, CPA, CPL,....)Fluent in English.Knowledge in platforms such as Smartly, Hunch and other social media platforms is a plus, but not necessaryResponsibilitiesHighly technical and analytical drive; You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges and goals.Define and coordinate the execution of the paid social & display strategy, overseeing the development and the optimal implementation of the campaigns, ensuring that they are optimised towards ROI.Enable individual growth and success for direct reports and develop a cohesive, high-performance culture in the team and motivate accordingly to achieve performance objectives.Responsible of the channel’s forecast.Passion for Paid Social: audience selection, attribution, tracking, incrementality testing, different ad formats (dynamic, newsfeed etc.), execution via an FMP (eg. smartly.io, Hunch...)Ease with OKRs, tracking/ reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actionsHands-on attitude: Alternating between communicating your vision, strategy and rolling up your sleeves to show how it's done, is not foreign to you.Build strong relationships important with internal and external partnersCollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the marketing team, product team and tech to align with overall marketing strategies and goals.Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, and private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model.
