Record all data from testing Monitor Powerscreen, hoppers, tele-stacker, and all conveyor belts Daily inspections, update logs daily, and facilitate proper communication with shift leadership Help identify needs to shift electrician, shift mechanic, and shift leadership Must be willing and able to perform housekeeping responsibilities Must be self-motivated Communicate with Calcine operators Complete 60 Seconds To Think, Work Permits, SMAT & EMAT audits Maintain 5S of area Perform LOTO as required Team Participation in WCM events/activities Be willing to help cover for vacations Be accountable for Housekeeping, Safety, Quality (Customer Satisfaction) and Productivity 12-Hour Rotating Shifts Reports to Production Manager Operate and maintain recycle mill per MSHA Safety rules Move recycled wallboard using heavy mobile equipment to feed the grinder screen Conduct equipment (stationary equipment and mobile equipment) inspections daily/per shift to keep equipment in working order Empty and remove paper waste for the screening process.
Clean in, under, and around the equipment and conveyor belts using different tools and equipment Change filter bags in 2 bag houses annually Observe written safety plant regulations and instructions Authorize, audit, and maintain the Lock Out/Tag Out process for equipment (Mobile and Stationary) Other duties as assigned Un poco más sobre nosotros Through the responsible development of innovative and sustainable building products,  CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has helped shape the building products industry for more than 110 years.
