OPERATIONS TECHNOLOGIST (REVOPS) - JS

Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Operations Technologist to help us optimizing and automating our marketing and sales operations processes and join our Global RevOps team!The Role What will you be doing.
evelop and maintain automation (JS) scripts to streamline marketing processes, including data management, campaign execution, and overall systems optimization.
tilize tools like Zapier and develop custom-coded solutions to create scalable processes and automate repetitive tasks.
ntegrate various marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing, analytics tools, etc.) through APIs to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
roubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to optimize performance.
upport the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
ork closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
ommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
roduce and maintain detailed documentation.
dentify opportunities for process improvement and proactively suggest and implement solutions.
tay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing operations.
our Profile You're operations focused and a technology geek Experience with scripting languages (e.
., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with RESTful APIsPrevious experience with CRMs (preferably Hubspot) and CRM automationPreferably previous experience with Marketing Tech stack (Google Analytics, Paid platforms,)Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in your work.
