Descripción Transporte.
Gestionar y controlar las aduanas y las agencias que realizan los envíos de mercancía y que dan servicio a la compañía.
Administrar y supervisar las empresas logísticas.
Controlar las incidencias de facturas a proveedores y dar soporte al mánager en la negociación de tarifas.
Procurement.
Controlar y supervisar el stock.
Gestionar y realizar los pedidos internos y hacer el seguimiento, contacto con los distintos proveedores para realizar pedidos y ver disponibilidad, precio y plazos de entrega de producto.
Gestionar POs.
Dar soporte operativo a los departamentos de operaciones en los trámites con SAP.
Desarrollar proyectos para la mejora procedimental del departamento (mentalidad Lean).
Realización de inventarios y revisión del stock en el almacén y en tránsito para la posterior elaboración de listas de material para que lo gestionen las BD.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Título universitario de Grado (Licenciatura, Grado de ADE, económicas o similar) Nivel de Inglés C1 (advanced).
Se realizará prueba de idiomas.
Formación deseable complementaria en cadena de operaciones, logística y/o Supply Chain.
Usuario de SAP Experiencia mínima de 2 años realizando las funciones anteriores descritas.
Buscamos perfiles con alta capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y habilidades sociales de relación interdepartamental.
