Collaborate with the marketing department, especially the Trade Marketing and E-retail areas, in the implementation of the omnichannel strategy with the different retailers.
Innovation and proposal of actions for the development of online/offline sales.
Ensure omnichannel commercial management with the different retailers, guaranteeing a unique customer experience.
Optimize promotional campaigns online to achieve sales target.
Contribute as a key member to the Omnichannel transformation strategy.
Together with the Sales Area Manager, implement the Company's commercial strategy (discounts, rappels, delay of payment, stock control, clients follow-up, etc.) Prepare and follow-up the P&L, commercial Budgets and forecasts on/off Developing new brand commercial projects along with the Sales Area Manager Negotiate commercial agreements and annual target terms with every customer.
Data analysis Along with the Trade Marketing team and the Sales Area Manager, coordinating promotional plans SKILLS Innovative and Strategic Thinker Results oriented Digital mindset Ability to work in cross-functional teams Analytical Skills Communication & Negotiation skills Ability to perform optimally under pressure and strict deadlines.
Profil MAIN STUDIES.
Bachelor Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or similar.
MBA Desirable.
LANGUAGES.
Spanish & English Fluent (C1+).
IT TOOLS.
Office 365, High level of Excel, Previous Experience with SAP would be desirable.
EXPERIENCE.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales positions negotiating sales agreements.
Knowledge of the cosmetic industry would be desirable.
Strong experience in Sales, digital marketing, Omnichannel Marketing Experience using business intelligence platforms.
